Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free from perfume, stains, or alterations
• In original packaging if possible

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email hello@vifique.shop with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using your preferred carrier
4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange. Email hello@vifique.shop — if your requested item is in stock we’ll hold it while you send back the original.

Size exchange shipping is on us — we’ll provide a prepaid label for US customers.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please email hello@vifique.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.
